TM Research Questionnaire

There has been big changes in the world of online advertising over the last 12 months.

Google have changed their quality scoring mechanism, introduced a number of new features and enhanced the adwords interface. Coupled with the upcoming merger of Yahoo and Bing search engine technology we are wanting to produce a robust evaluation of how company owners, merchants, marketing departments feel about online advertising at the moment.

This comprises a brief number of questions that take no more than five minutes to complete.



Why the Research?

1. Feedback

We want genuine feedback that is delivered by people who may or (more importantly) may not necessarily come from an online advertising background, but who have to commit time and money to this area. This gives a much more honest appraisal of where issues in using search engine advertising are.

2. Understanding

By understanding how changes in the industry have genuinely affected businesses we can then work on ensuring those same businesses have the relevant information and support to allow them to easily cope in what is an ever shifting advertising medium.

3. Challenge

We are constantly looking to challenge the way in which we and others think about businesses and their advertising accounts. Everyone has a different view of online advertising and the more we see these differing opinions the more we can learn.
